- weighbridge tickets for incoming and outgoing trucks, with gross, tare and net weights and PDF reports;
- land-lease contracts with the payment schedule for landowners, and land-use swaps with a partner company;
- own crop production and agricultural services provided to third parties;
- fleet and machinery maintenance, with ITP, RCA and RSVTI expiry alerts and oil-change tracking;
- diesel pump consumption per employee, with a tank-level dashboard;
- task and project management for the whole team, daily activity reports, and a director's office for suppliers, payments and staff status;
- staff, payroll-cost, fixed-cost and construction-works dashboards, and a central archive of farm documents;
- a dashboard for the 4G IMOU cameras installed in the field;
- an AI assistant that reads the CEO's Microsoft 365 inbox, summarises messages in Romanian and drafts replies;
- role-based access control across all internal apps.
This runs alongside standard Odoo invoicing with ANAF e-Factura, inventory, purchasing and Point of Sale.
