Smou Lifts provides elevator and lifting solutions to clients across the region. Their field service operations were managed manually, which caused delays in job assignments and made it difficult to track installations. Customer satisfaction suffered due to slow responses and unexpected downtime. The business struggled with reactive maintenance that left equipment vulnerable to sudden breakdowns. Technicians also lacked optimized routes, wasting time and resources. We deployed Odoo ERP’s service management module integrated with IoT technology. Real-time job tracking gave visibility to managers, while predictive maintenance reduced risks of failures. Technician routing was optimized, and customers gained a portal for transparency.
