● Our contribution:
Select Boutiques initially faced challenges with their previous Odoo implementation, which was ineffective in addressing their needs, particularly for stock management, bar and restaurant operations, and cash management. Upon collaborating with AD FINANCE, we successfully provided comprehensive retraining on the implemented Odoo modules, focusing on addressing their key issues. We transitioned their system from Odoo Online to Odoo SH V17, implemented the Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and POS modules, and provided in-depth training to ensure the system was fully operational. This retraining and upgrade allowed Select Boutiques to better manage their operations, especially in stock management and cash flow, and set the foundation for continued growth and efficiency.

La Malle à Secrets de Camille est un atelier boutique dans le domaine des arts du Fil. Nous avons fait appel à AV Media Design pour le développement digital de notre boutique en ligne et des applications back office associées. La boutique en ligne avec un catalogue de 1500 produits est synchronisée la nuit, la gestion et les inscriptions aux évènements (ateliers, stages) se font au travers du site web également.Nous avons grandement apprécié la collaboration avec AV Media Design et plus particulièrement avec Alain Vanzella pour ses capacités d'écoute, de compréhension du projet et sa force de proposition de solutions. C'est un vrai bonheur que de travailler avec Alain pour son professionnalisme, sa réactivité et ses propositions toujours très judicieuses.
