Bu köklü gelenek, 2017 yılında yeni bir döneme girerek sürdürülebilir ve doğa dostu bir üretim anlayışıyla zenginleşmiştir.2017 itibarıyla, doğal yöntemlerle ve tarım ilacı kullanılmadan yetiştirdiğimiz güller, modern yağhanelerde işlenmeye başlanmıştır. Bu süreçte, güllerin özünden elde edilen doğal ürünler, yerel müşterilere sunularak, sadeliği ve doğallığı merkezine alan bir üretim anlayışı benimsenmiştir. Gül üretimindeki bu dönüşüm, doğanın gücünü ve saflığını koruyarak modern tüketicinin beklentilerini karşılamayı hedeflemiştir.
2024 yılı itibarıyla, bu güçlü mirası daha ileriye taşımak adına kurumsallaşma yolunda önemli adımlar atılmıştır.
