Thank you in advance to anyone who can help. My question is how to configure Odoo CRM so that the auto-assignment of salespersons occurs during the lead prequalification stage of the LEAD configuration, and not in the sales flow.

Really thanks Jaideep, but in this case when I configure your suggestion, the lead changes to opportunities with a salesperson added, but I need that lead not to change to CRM sales flow, I need the lead to be in prequalification stage even after I have added a seller.
I had tested before responding and it hadn’t converted them to opportunities.
So, I would look if there are any other automated actions in play.. maybe stage change based on probability or salesperson etc. (likely setup for opportunities)

Yes, in that case, a the assignation ocurre in pipelines in Kanva view, but I need that the assignation ocurre in the pre-classification stage "Lead"
