I installed the mail plugin and i can add contacts and opportunity's.  I saw a demo that could create a task or an ticket.  

I don't have these buttons

just to make sure... Do you have project and helpdesk app installed?

Yes, both apps are active :-)

It should work if the apps are installed and the user is a "user" or "admin" of the proper app. Maybe reinstalling the plugin on 365-side will help.

We installed the outlook plugin, en we made a connection with our odoo-database, it works fine, unless the buttons to create a projecttask or helpdesk ticket. do i need to re-install it to fix it ?
