Belgian Restaurants est une chaîne de 28 restaurants en Belgique. La directrice financière recherchait un nouvel outil comptable pour gérer le groupe.En collaboration avec la CFO, nous avons déployé Odoo Accounting V14. Après un paramétrage complet, nous avons ensemble chargé les master data et les données comptables de reprise des 28 sociétés. Nous avons consacré du temps à la configuration analytique de Odoo, pour ensuite mettre en place un reporting complet, intégré et dynamique. Une attention particulière a été portée sur la validation des factures via l’app Documents.

The company was looking for a management tool to be able to manage more than 20,000 contacts
and 50,000 products. It wanted to be able to manage their purchases and sales as well as their warehouse
and 3,000 locations. The company wanted to integrate GLS, to be able to do operations via a scanner,
to manage deliveries and the preparation of orders as well as improving accounting

Belgo-Prism est une société active dans la production de jouets et cosmétiques pour adultes.
Afin de pérenniser son activité, la société a choisi de remplacer son système de gestion des ventes et achats (Logistics) par Odoo et d’y intégrer la gestion de stock et de la production.
En utilisant les modules standard d'Odoo ainsi que des développements sur mesure clairement définis, nous avons automatisé plusieurs activités critiques et chronophages, telles que la planification de la production et la préparation des commandes.
Comme souvent, l’adoption constituait le challenge principal de cette implémentation.
Grâce à une étroite collaboration avec les équipes Belgo et une présence sur site régulière, nous avons pu étendre progressivement l’utilisation d’Odoo sur le terrain.
