Opis projekta: Implementacija Odoo ERP sustava za Byte-lab, tvrtku specijaliziranu za razvoj softvera i tehnološka rješenja. Projekt obuhvaća sveobuhvatnu implementaciju više integriranih modula, uključujući CRM, prodaju, upravljanje projektima i financijsko upravljanje. Sustav je konfiguriran u multi-company okruženju za podršku poslovnim operacijama Byte-laba kroz više entiteta. Implementacija uključuje upravljanje ljudskim resursima, upravljanje dokumentacijom i praćenje održavanja opreme koristeći standardnu Odoo funkcionalnost. Glavni ciljevi projekta su centralizacija upravljanja odnosima s klijentima, poboljšanje kontrole budžeta projekata, povećanje financijske transparentnosti, optimizacija proizvodnih procesa i uspostava sveobuhvatnog sustava izvještavanja, čime se Byte-labu pruža potpuno integrirano poslovno rješenje koje podržava njihov rast i operativnu učinkovitost.
