The company serves customers through three locations (Bukowsko, Krosno, Zagórz) as well as phone and email sales, while also providing on-site wood cutting, splitting, and stacking services across the Podkarpacie region of Poland. With over 5,000 customers served, 20,000 completed orders, and a 99% satisfaction rate, BGB needed a tool to bring order to its growing operations spread across multiple sites.Expanding sales across three points of sale, a flexible pricing structure (stacked vs. loose cubic meters, various lengths and packaging formats), and the logistics of deliveries and mobile services called for a single, coherent system connecting sales, inventory, and customer service, instead of disconnected spreadsheets maintained separately at each location.

BGB sp. z o.o., działająca pod marką Centrum Opału, to firma z tradycjami sięgającymi 2014 roku, specjalizująca się w sprzedaży wysokiej jakości produktów opałowych, przede wszystkim drewna kominkowego, brykietu bukowego RUF oraz pelletu. Firma obsługuje klientów poprzez trzy punkty (Bukowsko, Krosno, Zagórz) oraz sprzedaż telefoniczną i mailową, świadcząc dodatkowo usługi cięcia, łupania i układania drewna bezpośrednio u klienta na terenie Podkarpacia. Z ponad 5000 obsłużonych klientów, 20 000 zrealizowanych zamówień i wskaźnikiem zadowolenia na poziomie 99%, BGB potrzebowało narzędzia, które uporządkuje rosnącą skalę działalności rozproszonej na kilka lokalizacji.

"BGE est un réseau national d’accompagnement à la création et au développement d’entreprise. Présent sur l’ensemble du territoire, BGE accompagne chaque année des milliers d’entrepreneurs à travers des dispositifs de formation, de conseil, de financement et de suivi post-création.Dans le cadre de ce projet, Falinwa a accompagné BGE dans la structuration et l’optimisation de ses processus internes via Odoo. Le déploiement a couvert principalement les modules CRM, Ventes, Facturation et Gestion opérationnelle, avec un travail important sur la modélisation des flux métier spécifiques au réseau.
L’objectif était double :
– Centraliser l’information au sein d’un outil unique
– Fiabiliser le suivi des porteurs de projets et des dispositifs d’accompagnement
Nous avons travaillé sur la structuration du pipeline, l’automatisation de certaines étapes clés, la standardisation des processus entre antennes et la mise en place de reportings consolidés pour la direction.

Solution: Working as a trusted Odoo Certified Partner and experienced Odoo Consultant, Fidobe Solutions implemented an integrated Odoo ERP solution covering Purchase, Material Requests, CRM, Sales, Accounting, and Payroll. The solution streamlined procurement workflows, automated material request approvals, centralized financial management, and improved coordination between project teams, suppliers, and management.
Results: Following the implementation, BGS Technical Service significantly improved collaboration between departments and gained better visibility into project costs and procurement activities. Material planning accuracy increased by over 38%, while procurement cycle times were reduced by nearly 29%. Financial reporting became more accurate, payroll processing was streamlined, and administrative effort was substantially reduced. With an integrated Odoo ERP platform, the company now operates with improved project governance, greater operational efficiency, and a scalable digital infrastructure to support long-term growth.
