As the company expands, it aims to enhance its operational efficiency by optimizing its Odoo Enterprise implementation. WBC KSA partnered with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, to re-implement Odoo and align it with Saudi regulations while enhancing system functionality. The new solution included a reconfigured Saudi Accounting and E-invoicing module, an optimized HR Suite with payroll, attendance, and leave management, and improved project management with real-time budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis. Inventory and purchasing modules were enhanced to support multi-location warehouses, automated purchase requisitions, and barcode-enabled stock management. The implementation also introduced advanced financial reporting, approval workflows, and seamless integration with payroll and project costing. With this, WBC KSA is set to achieve greater efficiency, automation, and scalability, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and streamlining its business processes.
