Het productieproces was specifiek en meerlagig. Elk product had een geneste stuklijst met uitwisselbare subassemblages en vervangonderdelen. In standaard-Odoo bracht dit een risico op fouten met zich mee, vooral wanneer technici onderdelen vervingen tijdens de montage.

dear digital configureerde een aangepaste productieflow afgestemd op het Rustibus‑proces. De BOM‑structuur werd herbouwd om meerdere niveaus, variantlogica en uitwisselbare componenten te ondersteunen. Werkorders werden vereenvoudigd zodat technici vervangingen, verbruik en serienummers kunnen registreren zonder verlies van traceerbaarheid.
