De organisatie start met 4 Odoo Online-gebruikers en een selectie van kernapps, waaronder Verkoop, Projecten, Inkoop, Logistiek en Boekhouding.
Met Odoo krijgt Vloer X grip op haar projecten door inzicht in kosten, opbrengsten en marges, terwijl inkoop en logistiek eenvoudig aansluiten op het projectmatige werk. Ook de financiële administratie wordt overzichtelijk en volledig geïntegreerd binnen één platform.
Rodi Groep komt van eAccounting en werkte daarnaast met diverse losse systemen voor onder andere webshop, logistiek en administratie. Met Odoo kiest de groep bewust voor één toekomstbestendig systeem dat meegroeit met de organisatie. Na deze eerste fase bij Vloer X is het de intentie om ook andere bedrijven binnen de holding stapsgewijs op Odoo aan te sluiten. urgent challenge was to improve sales management, field force tracking, and reporting
capabilities while maintaining operational efficiency without complex integrations at this
stage. Partnering with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, Rodis Togo chose Odoo ERP
to enhance their sales operations through a customized solution focusing on mobile
sales, GPS tracking, route planning, and real-time check-ins/out from client sites. This
simplified the sales process by enabling field sales reps to create orders directly from
the mobile app, supported manager approvals, and provided detailed dashboards and
KPIs. This approach empowered Rodis Togo to boost sales efficiency, improve field
