Le CRGOLFB est la seule association scientifique représentative au niveau régional, national, européen et international, de tous les spécialistes et hyper-spécialistes de la gynécologie francophone de Belgique. Ils souhaitaient se faire accompagner pour la refonte de leur site internet et leur rebranding. La Fédération Royale Belge des Échecs coordonne la pratique des échecs à l’échelle nationale, en rassemblant clubs, ligues régionales et milliers de joueurs autour d’une organisation commune. Avec un ancien système devenu difficile à maintenir et peu intégré, la fédération souhaitait moderniser la gestion de ses membres tout en renforçant la sécurité et la conformité RGPD.Avec SoWhat! Studio, Odoo a été déployé comme plateforme centrale de gestion : portail sécurisé pour les clubs, administration des membres et licences, gestion des affiliations annuelles et automatisation de la facturation des cotisations selon le nombre de joueurs. Le tout intégré à leur site existant sans en modifier l’expérience utilisateur.
