There used to be a ticket TYPE in Helpdesk in older versions but in ver18 it is not availalble anymore. any idea why and how to add this back?thanks

So where did the data stored in this field go? We rely on this for a lot of information..........

You have three options:

  • Teams
  • Tags
  • Property fields

Ticket Type was removed during a review of the complexity of the User Experience with all the different ways to classify Tickets.
