Anyone figured out how to change the display name during live chat.
Having both company name and full name of the employee is not ideal.

You can find the module "ehcs_livechat_user_nickname" on app store from v10 to v12.
Hi,
This is solved in V13, if you migrate to V13 then you can go to the user, under preferences there is a field called (livechat_username)
if filled, that is what will be shown in the livechat
For odoo 12?How can I modify the name like Firstname Lastname, then I only want to display the last name only?Our system is using odoo 12
