Odoo’s Email Marketing module uses link tracking to monitor user engagement with email campaigns. This is why you see a redirect link (r/3XY/m/2190) instead of the original URL (https://schoolup.be/formations). The redirect link allows Odoo to track clicks and gather analytics.

Changing or Avoiding the Redirect Link

If you want to change or avoid the redirect link:

1. Disable Link Tracking:
   • Go to Email Marketing > Settings.
   • Look for an option related to Link Tracking and disable it.
   • Disabling this feature will prevent Odoo from altering the URL, allowing the button to link directly to your specified URL.
2. Use an Untracked URL:
   • In the email editor, try using an untracked URL by adding it as plain text or an HTML link instead of using the button widget, which might automatically apply tracking.
3. Custom Module or Script:
   • If you need tracking but want to customize the redirect URL, you may need to develop a custom module or script that overrides the default behavior.
