I cannot make or view invoices correctly please help

Odoo 16.0 On-premise

When trying to create invoices in accounting module the preview looks OK but when printing downloading it does not include >

the header, footer or company details including logo

Any answer would be appreciated Thank you

There are a lot of entries with this topic. 
The most probable issue is that you need the correct version of wkhtmltopdf (0.12.3)

Not simple or necessary for a paid program but to get invoices to work I had to uninstall wkhtmltopdf and downgrade to wkhtmltopdf (0.12.3) and it worked. I will also need to be carefull to not upgrade wkhtmltopdf on my server.
