By integrating Odoo, BALFIN has harnessed a powerful, centralized platform that supports everything from inventory management and procurement to financial operations and business intelligence, driving greater efficiency and scalability.

​Noa Dekra proudly serves as the official partner in Albania for DEKRA, a leading European inspection company established in Berlin in 1925 as Deutscher Kraftfahrzeug-Überwachungs-Verein. With a workforce of approximately 45,000 employees and annual revenues nearing €3.3 billion, DEKRA stands as the largest inspection company in Germany and the third-largest globally. Through its partnership with DEKRA, Noa Dekra has emerged as the foremost inspection company in Albania, renowned for its commitment to high standards and quality assurance, securing its position as a market leader.

Upon our initial engagement, Noa Dekra was utilising an outdated local accounting system to manage its financial operations. Recognizing the challenges posed by their expanding business and the pressing need for digital transformation, it became clear that they required a comprehensive ERP solution to sustain their growth and operational efficiency. While they had prior experience with SAP, they sought a more flexible solution that could offer a broader array of functionalities tailored to their specific business needs. They were generally aware of Odoo but wanted clarity on its full potential.

In response, we proposed an all-in-one Odoo solution, incorporating a variety of applications tailored to their departmental workflows. While Noa Dekra was eager to proceed, they set a challenging timeline for implementation. We advised that achieving this ambitious deadline would necessitate adherence to our established implementation methodology, and their readiness to embrace this challenge was commendable.

Working alongside the Noa Dekra team has been a truly enriching experience. Their modern office radiates a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere, making it a pleasure to engage with such a dedicated group of professionals. From the outset, they demonstrated unwavering commitment to the project, with every department actively participating in the implementation process. Their CEO, Kledia, whom we fondly refer to as a "leader," exemplifies professionalism and dedication. She has played an instrumental role in driving the project forward, maintaining a strong presence throughout every phase and inspiring her team.

Thanks to their collaborative spirit, steadfast dedication, and consistent effort, we successfully completed the project within the desired timeframe. Together, we have established a new standard for the quality and efficiency of ERP implementations in Albania.
