i have a developed odoo community version v14, anyone can help me with finding a good and cheap hosting for odoo.. i have used digial ocean but things are not going good once the server is restarted.. i cant find the solution to run the app even i restarted the service using the code - ./odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo-server.conf

Sounds more like you didn't install Odoo well though. I run dozens of instances on DigitalOcean without any issues.
