• I am also trying to figure this out, I filled in the details on the contacts page on the website. I then submitted the form to be sent to the company owner, which you normally do on a website like that under the contact area.  
  
  The email came into my email address with all the details I had filled in, that is all good and well but shouldn't it register the user in the system and and generate a lead with a question to follow up?

Any suggestions on how to set this up so that the form submitted goes into the CRM and then I can follow it up from there?
