While loading the web pages on Odoo 13, the following error is encountered which blocks the JavaScript to load hence certain web page elements like the banner sliders and other elements using JavaScript. It looks like Odoo is trying to store a dynamic file and retrieve it which causes the error. 

Google Chrome: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (NOT FOUND) /web/content/XXXXX_XXXXX/web.assets_frontend_lazy.js

Mozilla Firefox: Loading failed for the <script> with source /web/content/XXXXX_XXXXX/web.assets_frontend_lazy.js
