Hello,

For a work, I need several users accessing the helpdesk app only. Since it is for a organization that hasn't much money, we can't really afford us to by an user access for each of those users. Is there any way to pay less/ regroup person if they only need the access to one app?

You could benefit from 'One app free with unlimited users' as long as it is only helpdesk app as an independent cloud hosted DB.
