what happens is that i uninstalled website app and then reinstalled website app again then select the theme and then going to customize the theme for example the color, font size, font type or logo size, but it's not doing anything.

Hi,
If you are using any custom theme, uninstall them and try.
Then you can change them using the website editor under the theme section.
