Unable to configure Gmail with community 16

Question

Hi,

I am trying to link gmail SMTP with Community Version 16, but I always get the error message: "
Connection Test Failed! Here is what we got instead:
101
Network is unreachable.

However, on my edu org (online 17) it is working fine.

Please help.
