Get this error msg on my "mobility" Pos(used for sales outside of the shop):
"You cannot confirm all orders of this session, because they have not the 'paid' status.
Ordre00207-004-0033 is in state draft, total amount: -1423.0, paid: 0.0 "
I tried reconciling, "no post to reconcile". Then unreconciled them, end rereconciled them. Still no luck with closing the Pos, same error.
Searched just gives me Odoo 8.0 errors, så can'r realy find much to go on.....
Any pointer would be appreciated :)
Hi, Hovdal, please check payment created for all orders of the POS session by going Point od Sale --> Orders --> Orders and search by session id (session no) in search bar. Then sort by "Status", order no. 00207-004-0033 may be in draft state. Change it to paid status by making payment for that order.

Sry for the dealy! But thx for your detailed instructions, the "sort by status" was the reason i couldent find it earlier :) But when sortet it popped up at the beginning! THX a million!! :)

Once you close the POS Session then it will go to confirm all the orders which are created during that particular session and checks that order must be in a paid state. if all orders are paid than it will close the session. so in your case, Order 00207-004-0033 is in draft state, that's why you are facing this error.

But the Order is in the same state as the other orders, and the payment is complete(seems validated in the pos session).
Are you using any customized module for POS or you are using odoo base POS module?
Because if you are using the odoo POS module then once you create an order and make a payment from POS then the order is definitely in the "Paid" state and you can easily close the session. If payment is successfully done then you can find the payment entry in Payment tab in Orders.
If you are using any customized module for POS then please check your code, your code may be interrupted the base flow.
