I am running OpenERP 7 on Ubuntu on a 8 core box. The CPU usage is barely registering when I send a message to a group (approx 15 people) but non the less it takes about 30 seconds for it to send a small message of a few lines. The system only has project management and the basic employee list modules installed and everything works fine except for the messaging.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
