Hi. I got the following error when doing 'Reverse Transfer' from a Manufacturing Order's Picking List: "Constraint Error: Reference must be unique per Company!" It was working before. Then it started to show this error. Please help. Thank you.

And the system produces the following error in the log:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/opt/openerp/openerp/openerp/sql_db.py", line 226, in execute res = self._obj.execute(query, params) IntegrityError: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "stock_picking_name_uniq" DETAIL: Key (name, company_id)=(False-False-return, 1) already exists.
