I am working with google workspace and I have configured everything necessary to receive emails and send them to a lead, but when I reply or send mail to the recipient, I get this bounce message 


Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to catchall@mycompany.odoo.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.


I am sending a message to: user@domain


and in the message it is formed for : user+caf_=catchall=domain@domain


Any problem with mail server settings ?

Seems that you haven't configured completely all the catchall settings in Odoo

@Axel Mendoza, I did the alias configurations in system parameters, outgoing mail configuration with smtp-relay, pseudonyms, and when I create in another module for example in projects it does create the project or conversation, but when I do it with crm I do not get that traceability of the message and therefore a Lead is not created, what do you mean by other general configurations of Odoo
