i am using openerp v7, and want to configure out going email id
i am trying to configure my gmail account and the configuration i did as follows:
smtp server - smtp.googlmail.com
smtp port - 465
Connection security - TLS (STARTTLS)
Email - xxxxxxx@gmail.com
Pw - xxxxx
I GOT FOLLOWING ERROR
Connection Test Failed!
Here is what we got instead:
Connection unexpectedly closed
Check the following:
1./ smtp server : - smtp.gmail.com
2./ port :- 465
3./ username :- your_gmail_user_name@gmail.com
4./ pass :- your_password
5./ connection security :- SSL/TLS
