Installed the base_report_designer module in openerp v7.0   After that opened the openoffice writer  and dowload the base_report_installer

* Save the OpenERP Report Designer plug-­in.

Open Extension Manager window from Menu Bar of Openoffice writer, Open Tools > Extension Menu. 2. Click on "Add" button. Click on "Add" button. for  Selecting path where the openerp_report_designer is located. But the error will be displayed below

"cannot find openerp_report_designer in the path"

how to solve this.
