Odoo 14 - Manage Delivery Dates from Sales Order

Question

I found this article from Steersman that indicates this is a setting in the sales module.

I've been unable to find it on my install as well as on runbot.  Is anyone familiar with this setting?

The delivery date field (expected delivery) can be set directly on the Sale order > Other Info tab.
