I created a test database and configured company/business document template/ etc... and sent a first test Sales Order. Unfortunately the PDF that came out is garbage.
is anyone else having that problem?

additional info: in the meanwhile I deleted the database, and created a new one. All worked well this time, but now I cannot change the footer text. if I type any text in the footer section, it is impossible to save the Document Layout
Is it online or onsite i mean your server?
