I'm facing an issue when trying to edit Sale Order Notification Email and Invoice Notification Email.

Before clicking on modify or preview, everything looks good:

As soon as i edit, the editing is already different:

And if i click saved it now looks like this:

Is this normal behavior or i'm missing something?
