Noting that : we have 2 companies and multi pricelist due to currencies we make each quotation with different currency

Please check the price-list company is same as the company you have logged in, if the price-list is not available for the logged in company create one or remove the company from price-list.

As explained by Cybrosys, it can be quite tricky working in two companies at the same time. Any time you receive that "due to security restrictions..." error and your account has access to more than a single company, you must continuously confirm that the company you are CURRENTLY using has access.
NOTE: In my experience, this means you need to LOGIN with a user who's default company is the one for which you are creating the pricelist.

hello sir., i did all and the same.
i created a new pricelist for each company and same error appear.
i removed all pricelists and created 1 pricelist from odoo bot and i didnt mention the company name also same error appear .
i removed all pricelists and created a new one with 1 currency only
same problem appear .
