Hi,

I am using OCR in v12 with french localization.

My date format seems correct ("Format de date %d/%m/%Y"),
Generally OCR recognize dates quite well (for instance 22/12/2018),

But for date ambiguous with English format ("%m/%d/%Y"), example : 12/07/2019, OCR interprets the string as an english format, that is here the 7th of December instead of the 12th of July.

Is it a bug or is there a mistake in my configuration ?
