to be clear i want to put all the downloaded pdf of sale order in a folder called sales order.....similarly i want to put all the downloaded pdf of all invoices,quotations in a folder called nvoices,quotations folders automatically........is it possible??????

more details are needed to answer you properly
on the server or on your client?
if you are talking about folders on the client, that has nothing to do with openERP. you would have to set things up in your browser.
