I want to downgrade Odoo 10 EE to Odoo 10+ CE.
Is that possible and what it takes to achieve that?

Yes, You can do it. You need to do database migration and code migration as well if any custom module using.
Migration time is depends on number Odoo EE Apps you are using and database size.

My database is using just the community apps, but it was originally enterprise.
