I am having difficulties when i try to adjust Qty on Hand
When I try to update quantity on Hand on location B1-1 ,
Automatically the same amount of stock is entered in negative in location B5-1
Version is Odoo 15 EE

Please check if the "Inventory Location" field in Product is correctly set. Enable developer mode and check in Inventory Tab.
Set it to "Inventory Adjustment"
i dont know if its correctly set or not , this location was there by default and it doesn't show any other locations (only Scrap)
How to resolve this
I tried removing the Inventory location , then it doesn't allow me to update inventory
Check Note Section in the question
Please make it to "inventory adjustment"
