I want to track the time that it takes to finish a work order, and compare it to the expected time, set based to experience over the years. The problem is that this time that is set on Operation itself, gets multiplied by the qty to produce by the work order.

In my case, it would take the same time to make 10 or 100 units, so it's not working for me. (it's just cooking in an oven, per example)

Is there any way to change it, or any module that extends this work order capabilities?

Thanks!

did you ever figure this out?

Hi,

You can achieve this by adjusting the capacity field of the work center. This field denotes how many units can be handled by the work center simultaneously. You can adjust the capacity of the work center to match how much your oven can bake at a time. Now, if you create a Manufacturing Order (MO) with a quantity lower than the capacity, it works as you expected.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.
