The top left logo of Odoo; how do I change it to any other picture file?

Login as an administrator.
Hover over the odoo logo and select edit company data. Then from that menu hover over the logo and click on the pencil to bring up the file chooser.
Log in as administrator or administrator power holding user you have created.
Move to settings -> General settings -> configure your company data -> edit
Now you can change the logo -> save
Favicon.ico to replace is in .../addons/web/static/src/img/favicon.ico

Thank you Pascal. The Icon changes that smal pic beside app name on the browser tab, but I need to change the big work Odoo. Stephen is correct; but I needed a way to change it technically not as a user (for sake of learning, etc).. Sorry for posting instead of commenting. not yer enough Karmas :)
