I upgrading Odoo13 community edition to Odoo15 community edition,

And now facing some problem when upgrading it,

I try to render email template to my invoice, the purpose is for dotmatrix printing.

here is my code on inherited account.move:

But the result is like this:

My questions is: how to remove the {} \n and other tag from the result?

please, any guide, source, tutorial how to learn about that will be very appreciated,
