I have done a module to add discounts to purchase lines and to supplier pricelist, and I would like to share it to everyone who needs this features. Hoy can I publish it on Odoo Apps? Thanks.

Its great to hear that you want to share your addon with us, the community. At the moment customs apps and the online app part isn't finished/working for Odoo 8 so you can't share it through there. You can however host it somewhere else that is public such as github or your own website. Be sure to post the link here too.
