How are people handling an employees Odoo notifications while that employee is out of the office?  This is easy in a regular email client.  We set an out of office auto-reply message, and forward all incoming emails to a designated employee assigned to cover while the other employee is on vacation.  

What are people doing for messages that get sent directly into catchall@ and result in Odoo notifications? Odoo should provide a method to forward those notifications on to a team or other user while on vacation.

Current Odoo Version 16 Enterprise, but I believe this is an issue in all versions.

This feature is not available by default, but you can achieve it with some customisation on the Time OFF object and all the other applicable objects as per your need, it would require you to add a field on the TiimeOFF object which is 'delegate_id' which is a relational field with 'hr.employee' model. Then you need to  customise the conditions on all the applicable models to get the delegate as the assigned user instead of original user who is on leave.

Hi,If notifications are just messages, Then you can get it from Settings -> Technical -> Messages
