Hello together. We are a small company which let producing our products by an external manufacturer.

I am new to Odoo and need help re the following process:

An external manufacturer assembles our endproduct (EP) using several components and one of it comes from a supplier from our company. This one component must be checked by our team first and is send to the manufacturer afterwards.

Now my question: How can I establish this process in Odoo AND track which component from the supplier (serial number) is implemented in a particular end product (again particular  serial number) by the manufacturer?
