Hellow guys, i'm trying to solve this problem

Context
I have a database in production on ODOOSH with 3 websites, but i need to delete those 3 websites uninstalling the website app because i'm not using a theme anymore and that theme had a lot of options in many modules, so just deleting them doen't work.

Problem in website

When i reinstall the website app and create again 1 or 2 websites the xml/css editor doesn't work the js console says that something is wrong with assets in attachements, also the theme colors "primary, secondary, info, alert" etc etc doesn't change, and says a similar error in js console, so basicly i can't customize any of the websites 

 problem orgin

 I checked the attached files (config / technical / attachment) the old files JS/SCSS  are still there, the reinstallation is not writing new js and scss files, so the old files do not have a website assigned it lost it, if i try to reassign the files to their correct website, it kinda work but i still have problems with the second website i  could found more problems foward 

Posible solution

 I found in a forum that i have to clean the cache of the server, so when i reinstall website the correct files will be written, so the command for reach it is this

DELETE FROM ir_attachment WHERE url LIKE '/web/content/%';
but it doen't work the comand delete in odoosh shell, do someone know a way to run this command, or is theere any idea how to make a clean reinstall
