Hi.
I'm upload some PDF documents to our website and Odoo automatically creates an URL like this:
www.domainname.com/web/image/11111
I would like to rename it more understandable like:
www.domainname.com/user-manual.pdf
I check Attachment options on Odoo backend but there is no way to do that. Any idea?
Yes, it's possible
If you wanna do it manually just go to the attachment record, change the File type to be URL and put the URL value to be /user-manual.pdf and save the form, edit it again and change the file type to be File again and save, after that you would be able to access the file using the custom URL provided for that attachment, the first one also works but you could share the custom one and it will work
