There must be a way to change the name of a journal in Odoo 10 Community Edition but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get to the list of journals that is somewhere in the system. Most of the on-line documentation is for Odoo 10 Enterprise which appears to have a much different user interface (that makes things even more confusing).

I would expect Journals to be under: Accounting >> Configuration >> Journals. However, there is nothing available for journals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
