Actually in openerp7

after creating a purchase requisition -----> we should go and click on Request for Quotation -----> then quotation will be created,

after creating a quotation -----> click on confirm sale button -------> then it will go to purchase order(purchase order will be created).

But in my case after creation of purchase requisition -----> when manager approves ------> that screen should go to purchase order, 

it should not go to Quotation it should directly go to purchase order.

please give a quick response, it's an urgent requirement for me.
