Hello Kit,
Openerp Standard Process,we cannot change BOM after confirmation of MO,
Some customization modules available to add/delete product after confirmation of production order.
You may find out from apps but i dont know it's migrate to 8.0 or not.

If you want to do in openerp standard process, then you must cancle that order , revise your BoM, then create new MO.
