I can find this path that you mentioned, but it gives me an error message: "You cannot delete projects that contain tasks. Either archive them or delete all their tasks first."

I archivated the project so i cant see it, but i still cannot delete... 

I dont know where to delete analytic accounts and timesheets related to the project.

Maybe this could be the problem?
